Cancellation & Charges Conditions apply to confirmed bookings only. Any bookings during pending status can be cancelled without charge. For cancellations made between day of booking and 14 days prior to arrival date a fee of 25% (percent) of the total booking value in Rands will be incurred. For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date you might be charged a fee equivalent to 100 % of the total accommodation. Occasionally for special dates and blackout periods cancellation policies may vary. VERY IMPORTANT: Any amendments or cancellations of bookings must be done via the website and NOT by contacting the hotel directly itself. Cancellations done via the hotel and not via this website will attract the cancellation fees stipulated in these terms and conditions. The website terms and conditions vary from the hotels and the hotels terms and conditions can in no way be interpreted as the terms and conditions of this website. Credit Card Charges are made instantly at the time of booking. If your credit card is declined we will make every effort to contact you. Finally, if you are unable to fulfil payment your booking will be cancelled. Privacy Policy The information collected from you will be used as set out in this privacy policy.
